This guy jumped up onto my balcony. Super hungry & thirsty, felt a bit thin, very dusty & dirty. Posted in local lost & found pets, so far nothing. Not set up for a cat, at all, but he keeps jumping back up. Surely not because of the tuna... right? He's ridiculously affectionate. Do I own a cat now?
